Er.....I reckon Jack ends up in London. Villa, Everton, West Ham or Spurs.

Geography not your strong point?
I meant England lol. It's early!!Er.....
Depends if his heart is in appearing at the WC or if he’s happy collecting his £300,000 a week and spending his time on the piss with Walker and Carson.I think city should hold out and try to sell him. It’s WC year. If city tells Grealish that the only move away is a pay cut + permanent move then he will have no other choice. Otherwise city will loan him out for the next 2 seasons.
Very reliable for Everton stuff.
What's a 'Premium' loan deal? A loan of a top player or are they looking for a low premium?
Paying all his wages and a loan fee/option would be my guessI think it means a top player on an expensive loan to add that touch of real quality.

He's costing us £20m a season, would be a complete unmitigated disaster if we end up loaning our record buy to reduce losses. In a market where youve got elanga going for £55m, madueke £52m, mbuemo for £71m ita unacceptable to not at the very least be able to write him off now.£10m loan fee would be premium

If we loan him out, he's being loaned put until his contract expires. Play hardball, it's a permanent deal or he stays and we see what offers comes in January.
Italy is nowhere near IrelandI reckon he'll up in Italy.I'm thinking Glasgow Celtic
I suspect thats what will happen, I predicted this as far back as 12 months ago but can't agree that everyone is a winner if thats the case, the club very much lose out if that happens.I think he’ll be loaned out until he has one year left. Thats one year on 300k a week - a club could come along and give him a 4 year contract at say 150 and everyone is a winner. Grealish is made whole, City get shot and a team at his level get a player with a reputation but can fit into their wage structure
He’ll also surely have a book value of zero by then so even a 10million fee will decent
Re book value I thought it was amortised over 4 years(maybe 5 depending on the new rules)I suspect thats what will happen, I predicted this as far back as 12 months ago but can't agree that everyone is a winner if thats the case, the club very much lose out if that happens.
I will quickly correct myself and say he isnt costing us £20m a season. I forgot he was on a 6 year deal not 5 so hes costing us £16.7m a year.
He can't have a zero book value before his contract is up, nobody can. The only way somebody has a zero book value is if they sign on a free or are from the academy. There's also some murky grey area with the new rules implemented to stop the 10 year contracts lowering amortization and potential to abuse contract renewals in the same manner but i wont bore you with any of that as none of it applies to Grealish.
He signed a six year deal before the rules were changed to stop the Chelsea scam.Re book value I thought it was amortised over 4 years(maybe 5 depending on the new rules)
Either way. City might not be ‘winners’ in my scenario but they will have no real choice and it’s a matter of cutting their losses
The signing was over the top at the time. He was never a 100mil player and I’d suggest anyone that thought he was needed their head testing and so it proved. We are lumbered. Also, his wages, why make him one of the highest paid, he’s have probably signed for half the money(which would be more reasonable given his ability)
He’s highly unlikely to play for us again so the less financially painful route is the one that needs to be explored not some fantasy about him getting back to form and attracting offers. He needs to be punted out to all and sundry to see who bites
