Get there early (ie when it opens) if you want to get a decent seat to watch the 12.30 game. When this is open we’ve given up on the train/tram lottery and just get an Uber direct to the Coop (no traffic issues at 12.00) straight in and watch the early game in a good venue with stadium beer...

for this game the available seats are actually dotted about in ones and twos rather than the big blocks we have seen before, suggesting it is individual fans returning them, not the official tout companies. One of our 4 can’t go tomorrow so we listed it, first time ever it’s not sold.

This was the problem I had but if you’re a season card holder or matchday member you can just buy a junior ticket, don’t assign it to anyone and they will send you an email with a link to download. Doesn’t make any sense I agree but it works and is legit

Because the kids didn’t have purchase history so it wouldn’t let me assign tickets to them. But found a workaround for Sunderland. As SC holder I just bought 3 extra tickets which came to me as email links which I could send anywhere!

And that’s exactly what I had to do, so we got there in the end!

If you assign it to a member it goes straight to their card. However if you just buy extra tickets (up to 3 now for Leeds and Sunderland) then the SC holder gets an email with links and you can send it anywhere. Illogical I know but I did it yesterday for friends who want to take 2 kids to first...

N Not surprised, you need a PhD in cyber security to actually buy one. We had 2 kids wanted to come, new fans, bought memberships but still couldn’t do it. Gave up.

Didn’t quite work like that for me, got an email saying I had to download them, no link to forward. Fortunately in EL0 same as me so should be able to get everyone in with me, but still a right ballsache!
