exactly. Thats the problem with the flexi season ticket too.Problem with guarantee is the time constraints and not everyone knows whether they are going or not going to the game a fortnight in advance

I think the impetus is on City rather than the fans.As a fan base we need to rediscover our passion.
We are all human. When we get treated poorly, it affects us. Loyalty/passion is a two way thing.
One thing absolutely no-one can say about City fans is that we’re fickle (which in my opinion shows just how wrong the club are getting their ‘fan relations’ currently).
I’ve just been reading this on the rags. It’s a huge PL problem & all clubs have to deal with it.Im frustrated with the changes to season ticket useage. If your not that’s fine!

A friend and his lad have two ST's and can't make thd game
I'm a paid up member and have had one ticket transferred to me
I thought I'd check and see if the other has sold on the exchange and if it hasn't, buy it and take my brother in law
The system won't let me buy a ticket. It won't even let me look at the stadium planner

There were still 1300 tickets for sale tonight for the Leeds match tomorrow?I’ve just been reading this on the rags. It’s a huge PL problem & all clubs have to deal with it.

Where are the new fans still, when City are 3rd in the PL, and with Haaland playing for City, to take up the slack of loyal and local City fans who are finding it difficult to get tickets due to the directors new dreconian ticket rules and regulations?

Hi all, quick question. If a season ticket holder sends a ticket to a member, does it go straight into the members wallet or is an email sent directly to the member with the ticket to download. Thanks

If you assign it to a member it goes straight to their card. However if you just buy extra tickets (up to 3 now for Leeds and Sunderland) then the SC holder gets an email with links and you can send it anywhere. Illogical I know but I did it yesterday for friends who want to take 2 kids to first game.Hi all, quick question. And that’s exactly what I had to do, so we got there in the end!The daft thing is, you can't assign them to a current paid up junior member, who is new and doesn't have a purchase history. But you can leave them all in the same name as the eligible member, who can then give them to any Tom, Dick and Harry, without the club knowing, or even asking for their name.

A friend has transferred his season ticket for the Chelsea match (this morning). My son has the email but can't download the ticket. We have transferred tickets to him previously without any problem. Does anyone have any ideas of why this has happened?

I have also been sent a ticket for me and my son from a ST holder. Didn’t get an email but have the tickets within my online account but citizens membership card in my apple wallet doesn’t show it as the next match.A friend has transferred his season ticket for the Chelsea match (this morning). Yes when you actually speak to the TO face to face they have always been very helpful and dealt with the issue there and then. Credit where it’s due.If anyone has any ticket issues visit the office at the ground today. Always found them very helpful and apologetic.

If your getting an error saying tickets not matched successfully that appears to be a known error that is stopping a lot of people being able to transferMate is trying to transfer a kids ticket to another child. Has done to same person previously and been fine but lot letting him do it this time.
Kid has membership but not paid one but is set up as one for the 3 allowed
