Genuinely after my interactions with Inter fans this weekend they are now by far my favourite Italian team.

For anyone who thinks it matters let me remind you that Carlos Tevez captained us in 2010-11 to our highest ever premier league finish (at the time obviously) and our first trophy in 35 years.... and he couldn't fucking speak English!

Their season finishes on December 4th. That gives him near enough a month off before coming to City in January. I'm hoping that bit of extra rest might help him make more of an immediate impact, although of course he'll still need to learn how the team plays.

I really don't feel 4 youth players with barely any first team experience are an adequate alternative. De Bruyne is a full international, Bundesliga player of the year and valued at £40-50m. He would easily fit into the team with a midfield/attack of: Aguero Sterling - Silva - De Bruyne Yaya...

He is a box to box midfielder. He can't defend at all, can't head the ball, is weak, can't pass particularly well and has relatively poor technique. He can dribble and has good work rate, that's it. At a top club he will be exposed very easily.

This is an awful signing and he will cost us points next year. I wouldn't be surprised if his mistakes are as obvious as Savic did at City. Check out this quality defending. This will only be worse and more obvious at a top club.

Are you joking? Delph is a bang on average player. He'll leave City in 2/3 years for less than we've just paid. Plus if you think he would help our team more than Jones, Henderson, Wilshere and Rooney you clearly haven't watched both delph and any of them in the past year or two.

Remember that you compared him to Paul Ince when he's sold in 2-3 years for half the price we're paying now.

They are very comparable in terms of ability, albeit in different positions.

His technique, passing, positioning are all far below the level we require. Not to mention he is very lightweight and won't win headers either. His defensive vulnerability will be shown up at City where everything is under the microscope. His work rate is good and he can dribble his way out of...

I hate this on every level. Even if he's a back up, he's total shit. Really overrated and people don't even think he's that great, championship quality player. This is a carbon copy of the Scott Sinclair transfer.
