I have just started jogging again after a long lay off! I am stretching well before I start. However after about a mile my calves turn to stone and the pain is to much to carry on. Can anyone suggest a remedy to this problem???

How are the club supposed to win? They spend a fortune to give people an alternative and all they do is moan! If you do not want to pay the price for the beer go elsewhere. I cant imagine many other clubs listening to the fans and reducing the price of the beer.?? As for those calling Natalie...

Differnt cultures have different expectations. Unless your name is Carlos Tevez you then have Kia's expectations. Not every player is going to enjoy the vibrant cosmopolitan City that is Manchester.... Their loss!!

Are you being serious or are you a RWUM!! If you have never been to Manchester how can you judge it. We have a lot going for us apart from the occasional rain shower. Get a grip and visit the City before you come out with any more sh1t!

You can get the 43 bus and get off out side the job centre in Didsbury.. Lapwing lane is just across the road and Greens is on the right.. Do give it a try some time!

Not in Town but get yourself down to Green's in Didsbury. It's Simon Rimmers placec and is a fantastic Vegetarian Restaurant. It's on Lapwing Lane across from The Lime Tree , another fantastic place to eat.
