come on keep up the transfer centre " he not reached his peak yet "
He is their best player,he saves them so many points and yet they are still stuck in 6th place,it's interesting the difference in reporting we get for having a tight pay structure based largely on bonuses but still we are ruining football, funny how so called journo's are not reporting their old mate gill has removed the pay cape so they can give a goalkeeper an obscene wage,as for the alpaca,he is on the decline as fast as joe

"Peak goal letting in per season"?

He's currently averaging for his entire PL career just over 1 goal per match.
36% clean sheets

18/19 was almost 1.5 goals per match.
18% clean sheets

Has he peaked, plateaued, or will that average creep up... :-)

He's got some way to go before getting back to Ederson levels:
PL career 0.66 goals per match
Just under 50% clean sheets - we have such a crap defense which can be got at...

...and even more to get to Alisson's single season stats, though that'll be something to follow next season with half (-1) their matches having crowd viewable VAR.

Its a joke isnt it. The PR is so overboard and why the BBC are paying for Simon Stone to travel with them on meaningless tours and write daily vomit inducing PR for them yet cant afford to give pensioners free TV licenses, I can only assume is his tongue is so far up their ass they have no choice but to take him as they cannot be separated.
Guess until Greenwood makes the transfer to Aberdeen, Championship side etc, he is the latest of the 400 "going to be a superstar" they produce who then go on to do nothing of note.
Imagine if it was us giving someone £350k a week, i am sure the mail would not be stating its a master stroke, but a master stroke to them is probably what the majority of sports writers do when writing about Utd

If it is a joke then I'm definitely not laughing, because there is is something more than a little sinister going on with the media in this country. It's akin to hero-worship, especially at the BBC, and as you say, rag lackeys like Simon Stone are being paid a good wage packet to travel with that club and write ridiculously biased drivel about them.
Do they seriously believe that all football fans in the UK are morons? Gormless cretins who cannot form a valid viewpoint of their own unless 'guided' by serial masturbators like the aforementioned Mr Stone? We all have enough nous about us to see through the propaganda, surely? We can all see the liberal coating of 'Mr Sheen' being applied to the excretia that is the rags today? We can all see that the club the British media ardently follow with such overly-zealous fervour are on the wane - and have been for some considerable time?

Nobody can deny that the verminous bastards have been the beneficiaries of some extremely dubious refereeing decisions since the formation of the Premier League: Riley, Clattenburg, Howard Webb and others have ensured the club has been successful and thus accrued incredible wealth, but are we now seeing the BBC and Sky etc casting aside any pretence of neutrality in order to ensure the rags continue to dine at the top table?

Something seriously wrong here. Seriously wrong.

I think I read something about Stone joining City's pre-season tour at some point. Doing a few of the top clubs.

Too true mate. The bbc needs abolishing and has done for a long time. Arsehole of an institution that outfit.

See the rags are expanding " in their DNA " bullshit propaganda by promoting Nicky Butt to " head of first team development".

He will report to OGS helping to " create a seamless journey for young players stepping up to the next level " according to the BBC.

They look more clueless and desperate to keep their fuckwit fanbase on side with each passing day .

Butt's soon to be ex wife must have dropped the charges or the CPS have decided against prosecution then as even United wouldn't be crass enough to promote a guy awaiting trial for assaulting her, would they?
