Var debate 2019/20

For the third Norwich goal, Pukki was inside the area from the goal kick, should have been retaken

Goal is good according to this..

Not seen this mentioned anywhere, but for spurs opening goal v palace the ball appears to brush/hit Son's arm as he controls it via his hip before sticking it in. If anyone has motd on record still, have a look. One rule etc..

We might be moaning about VAR (I certainly am) but the penalty for handball in the Chelsea match last night was a total joke. OK they are being consistently stupid as we suffered the same last year but it is a total joke.

Now I'm not going to weep any tears over a VAR decision that goes against Spurs, but common sense is clearly not prevailing this season. Judgement, based on common sense and experience, should be reintroduced. Both the on pitch and off pitch referees should have the balls to judge whether the margin of being offside has given the player a decisive advantage and if not, overrule the camera that shows a margin of millimetres for an arm, a shoulder, or even a foot.

Just catching up on MOTD - shocking VAR decision against Son (not even sure it looked offside from the lines on the graphic, but certainly not to any degree of certainty). Burnley not getting an absolute stonewall.

Is this it now - is this what we get?

Stonewall pen not given to Villa. According to MOTD officials say had it been given and referred to VAR it would jot have been over turned. In other words it was a pen and yet another inexplicable incorrect decision.
