I was just going to ask the same question, now it's out in the open don't the PL have a duty to investigate regardless of whether they were aware of it at the time or not?Any of you legal people be able to confirm or just answer is this done and dusted or could the premier league or fa take action against the scousers over this or for that matter the police ...
No inquiry will be held as it is Liverpool, now if it was United, definitely no inquiry.I was just going to ask the same question, now it's out in the open don't the PL have a duty to investigate regardless of whether they were aware of it at the time or not?
I think we need to be careful about jumping to premature conclusions about this. It could very well be the work of Chelsea fans and nothing to do with Liverpool #justice
Seems like it was our fault after all.
Apologies to Liverpool for doubting their class, dignity and integrity.
Are you really questioning whether a Liverpool supporting nobody from Newcastle might not quite have a full grasp on the legalities on the situation?Surely this is wrong - its a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse act ... Infosec whatever it is wouldn't be supported by laws at least criminal ones just standard terms and conditions
What are the 3 principles of the Computer Misuse Act?
The Act introduced three criminal offences: Unauthorised access to computer material. Unauthorised access with intent to commit or facilitate commission of further offences. Unauthorised modification of computer material.
