As for the rest, we aren't going to win anything meaningful this season if we carry on the way we've been playing. The same slow midfield combinations are proving to be an issue so far and we have, as you say, a huge talent in the squad who some of us think could inject a bit of immediacy into our play.

I'm not even banging the drum for Phil anymore, I'm just sick of us sticking with the same players despite repeatedly being shown that it's not working as well as we need it to.

If I rephrase I would preface it with, 'given our success. ' We do have a big group of moaners in our fan base and it really does my head in.

If you think he was anonymous you werent watching close enough.

The second he came on and started moving around at pace, dragging defenders around and creating space for KDB, we went from stale as fuck to creating chances.

We had 2x more opportunities in the 20 minutes he was on than the 70 he was on the bench.

If he started, we win that game.
