this is whats confusing everyone , start of the season any handball by a defender (unless his arms are in an unatural position) wouldn't be given as a pen also VAR wouldn't overrule the refs onfield decision......now complete uturn VAR reviews all incidents in the box.thats whats pissing off everyone they've made a mess of it

there's just no way VAR could have over ruled that if Dean had given it.....
