Paranoia. I feel the powers that be want liverpool to win it but not to these levels. The flip side is wolves, they beat us and surely were buoyant and went to Anfield with a confidence they may not have before.

So full of confidence they rested players...

Last 3 games, over the busy schedule:

We played Leicester, then their next game was Liverpool.

We played Wolves, then their next game was Liverpool.

We played Sheff Utd, then their next game was Liverpool.

They all played worse against Liverpool than against us. Why? Because it’s designed to be that way. Games coming thick and fast, so how can they ease Liverpool through it? Have their opponents play City directly before them.

Oh fixture computer, how random you are.

Of course its everton v liverpool in the cup this weekend too.. but thats just the luck of the draw

Except Wolves, like us, got only one day rest while Liverpool got the extra day. That couldn't have been much more blatant fixture manipulation if they tried. We got less rest and so did Liverpool's next opponents, literally no one else had to play on one days rest. Subtle it wasn't

The PL is theirs. It’s been nailed on from the start. The PGMOL and it’s comedy VAR along with our inability to defend have gifted them the title. what’s more worrying is that they’ll smash our points record. We will NEVER hear the end of it. I see the media aren’t calling for a way for teams to stop them are they???
Im done with PL. As was said by many dippers, you’re not a great time until you win back to back PL titles.
Just hope we can win a trophy or two.

We know the truth,football fans of all teams know the truth,it's been a season where it's obvious to most the help they hav had got,they got loads of off sides last year,even their last goal of the season was offside,easy to miss if you didn't watch their games

Sheffield can't get into this game at all, last 15 minutes they have struggled to get out of their own half

Milner, Henderson and Wijnaldum. FFS. Mid-table midfield at best.

It’s a perfect midfield for them tactically though. They would be unbalanced if their midfield was their creativity. Their midfield’s role is to shut off passing angles, press and cover their marauding fullbacks. It’s the reason why we play Walker quite defensively. Our midfield is the creative area of the pitch, so the fullbacks have to be more cautious. Or we have to go 3 at the back. It’s all about balance. If they had attacking players in the middle, Robertson and Alexander-Arnold can’t do what they do without exposing their back line.
