I've had the same but mine said 15 working days. I'd expect it to be in my account by next Monday if its been processed today.

Pretty sure they said processed by the 19th.Had an email saying within 15 working days,,but it's not 19th unless it does hit in next few days,unless they meant they'd all be processed by 19th,fuck knows,but at least it's on it's way I suppose

Most will receive it before the 19th anyway if processed today. The 15 working days is arse covering imo.
