He seems very happy to stay at Barca. If i remember correctly he has been steadfast in his refusal to leave Barca. I also doubt he fancies it in the prem, seems very happy in Spain.Would Griezmann be an option?

Like I said, I expect 30 goals from him this season. Whether that makes him a good or bad striker I don't know.Nowhere near good enough in my opinion. Doesn’t look like he ever will be, he offers almost nothing as a centre forward for a club with our ambitions. Best he can be is a squad player as a winger, albeit a slow one that cannot dribble.
Still time for us to actually buy a striker yet, hopefully some work going on behind the scenes.

Why waste money on a striker when from todays showing and for Spain Torres is more than capable. With Delap to blood also the future is bright

Celebrated every goal and the victory today but could still see the need for a top center forward especially in moments of the second half. Arsenal is a very poor side, even worse with ten men and injured players. Three days to go.
