Jimbo wants the best in class for every position in their sports company. They want managers of other teams for all their coaching positions. Soon they'll hire Gordon Ramsey as their cook.

My money is on a quick promotion to manager once they sack the incumbent.

They still have no solid plan for progress and hopefully never will.

The 'Wembley of the north' is a fanciful dream and will probably never be built.
The thought seems to be, "If we get the England manager in, then the money for the Stadium will follow".
