Got mine yesterday - tip, don’t download til after the Luton or Madrid games as I did and my Luton ticket disappeared! Phoned up to get it back as couldn’t find any other way

Not doubting it happened but pretty sure the two things are unrelated.

Some people’s tickets seem to be forever disappearing for some reason.

Possibly an older phones issue? Just a guess.
 
I'll need to transfer my Wembley ticket to F & F, never had to do it before.

Do I just xfer the email or do I have to download then move from my account as is the norm with home games?

Just forward the email to whoever you like.

Probably best not downloading it yourself first, if you haven’t already.
