I expected Spurs to give Arsenal problems today, and you know what? They did.
Just seen a clip of the push on the Spurs player (Høbjerg?) when he heads off the bar. Now that is a clear-as-day penalty. One of ours against Brighton could have been argued as a “I've seen them given” type maybe. But there's simply no arguing with that one.

The problem with VAR is the operators, they all see things differently.

Push spotted at Villa Park not at WHL.

Until VAR is operated by a permanent independent body, not by PGMOL, then nothing will improve.
