Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Trying to buy my son a cityzen membership for the season but when I login my account just won’t allow it! Anybody know if there is still a supporter services at the ground That can help if I go down? Think they used to be above the old city store

I went down to supporter services during the close season and it was located at the other side of The Nexen Bridge,more or less outside The Joie Stadium.

Do you already have a membership or ST in your name? If so that’s why it won’t let you buy another whilst logged into your account.
 
Apologies this has probably already been asked but im wanting to take my 11 year old daughter to the Everton game on Saturday. My mate is trying to transfer his ticket for her to use but cant because she doesn't have her own device however she does have a supporter number and is registered as strongly linked friends and family.

He cant transfer to me because I'm a ST holder. Has anyone had this issue and how did you get around it please?

She will need to have a paid membership or be named as one of your mate 3 none paid members.

I’m another who didn’t realise you had to add someone as a nominated non member and not just to f&f. I’ve friends coming for the Everton game…as long as I have 2 people with memberships to transfer the tickets to, who I trust to then just forward the email on so the tickets can be downloaded will that work as a way round it?

Presume you are same as me as I added non members to f&f in the window but didn’t realise there is another step which is to add them as a nominated non member

If they have memberships they will
Not receive an email, it'll go straight on to their mobile passes.
