If you go to the help section on the website and search for what you want you will generally find it. 7 days before each match.

Ticket Transfer for Flexi Season Ticket members, will open seven days before each match day and allows you to transfer your ticket to another fan if you purchase a ticket but can then no longer attend the match.
Non-Member Transfer - Window Update |
You have to delete person from f+f.How do you add them to your preferred list. Don't see an option bar making them strongly linked?
In my experience there is usually a couple of days delay between registering and the supporter number being allocated. If you keep logging in to their newly opened account you should eventually see itRegistered a friend yesterday so I could add him to my friends and family in this new window. But as they do not allocate him a supporters number I can't do it?
Same thing happened last window, the instructions for the process are as clear as mud.
I will try ringing them today or if that fails get in touch with my fan representative like I had to do last time.
Will be fine as long as she uses the same phone your dad normally uses and is in the same age bracketAny help please - My Dad has his season card on an old phone not on his regular phone, he only uses it for the game. He can't go to the Everton game and in the past when he can't go he just gives the phone to my Mum and she's always got in. Does the new set up know whether you are male or female? I've asked lots of people and nobody knows the answer. I don't want to ring the club and be in a queue for hours.
Yes, same phone and both pensioners. Thank you. Will be fine as long as she uses the same phone your dad normally uses and is in the same age bracket
It’s an absolute mess this. Daft rules and regulations which will drive away the most loyal supporters at a time when we have extra seats to fill. Great strategy.Oh for the days when you could just lend your season ticket or book to a friend and fill the seat on match day.
I wouldn't think so, but if it does, perhaps it should advise Keir Starmer on how to decide. ;-)Any help please - My Dad has his season card on an old phone not on his regular phone, he only uses it for the game.
