Fantasy Premier League - 2025/26 | Official BlueMoon League + Cup

used my free hit this week, 3 arse defenders, 2 palace including Mateta and 3 Chavs, absolute shocker of a week, 27 points with just Alfies lad to play. The only success has been Pedro as captain, first time I've gone away from the viking all season. I'm hoping that success turns to a failure and he bags a hat trick
I'm having a similar week. 26 so far, with Lerma (2 points) coming off the bench for Guehi. Only Haaland left to play. A hat trick wouldn't go amiss..

Neither did a 3-0 win, and with my red arrow already, I simply didn't care who scored from City today.

Doku coming into his own before our eyes with 2 strong matches this past week. One to watch.

Absolutely. That penalty miss, though...

:-(

Provisionally on 36 (including Lerma's 2 off the bench). Can't be arsed checking for any bonus points at the moment. Looking like a low scoring week overall.

Thoughts on either O'Reilly or Nunes as FPL picks?

Points per game played they are 2nd and 3rd behind Haaland out of all the City players with both averaging 5 points per game or just over.

City's fixtures, on paper, get very good after Newcastle away, I want more than just Haaland from GW13.

O'Reilly has started 8 out of the last 9 in the PL, Nunes has started the last 6.

Both are huge differentials with less than 2% ownership, and I love a good differential.

O'Reilly is cheaper 4.9m, compared to 5.3 m for Nunes, and with Ait-Nouri going to AFCON it's making O'REILLY a very tempting proposition for me.

We can talk ourselves into anything, but I get where you are going with this. ;-)

I'd consider both, and O'Reilly is tempting AFTER Newcastle. The one difference with a City Defender is I think that will be more of a binary decision for Pep. In other words, hopefully either they start or they don't and don't come on for the 1 point cameo. That is just a dealbreaker for me. If you have depth in the DEF and they don't make the sheet, maybe that isn't as much pain.

For anyone who had Reijnders today, at least Pep (hopefully) did you the favor by not bringing him on for 1 point and you had a decent first bench (I'd have gladly taken mine for 13 points! - LOL, but that wasn't an option). Cherki off at 53' is a non-starter for me too.

I talk myself into things all the time, and vice versa especially in FPL :)

It's something I've considered and if a player needs a rest Pep usually lets them sit out the entire game, unless we are in the shit.

Apart from Gvardiol who most wouldn't like to see back at LB I don't see any competition. Not saying Pep won't give Ait-Nouri a start before AFCON but I think O'Reilly has got some double digit returns in him.

I've already got doku ;)
Had him on the bench :(

I also cpt Gabriel over Haaland. Was playing safe and didn't want to jinx city. A disaster.

O'Reilly looks a great option to me. Does anyone know if/when his price will go up?
Horrible week. 36 pts, my second worst week (GW2; 35 pts). The average was 38 pts. Down nearly 100k places.

:-(
34 points for me. 19pts left on my bench....

Still at 110k overall so a very low scoring week for top teams. Any other week I'd expect to drop 1mil for that.

Only 8 on my bench (Dubravka and Konsa). 19 is a bit of a pisser.

I'll see your 19 and raise you 22.... And my entire 11 only got me 41. I've already written off this season and started planning my 2026/27 squad!

I played Thiago, I'd never bench him in a home game, well apart from City, and maybe arsenal.

City are the only team to win there, and they tore the dippers a new one a few weeks ago. A very good team at home.

I've got one FT to use. But five players flagged, FFS. Will hold off on using the transfer until the last minute.
I've got 3 flagged but 5 is a shocker, you've not walked under some ladders recently? I'm not one to wish injuries but Gabriel being out for a while might see them conceding more, and scoring less from corners, so not a bad thing, and he's in my squad.
