I thought the same. From what I was reading before I saw it, I was expecting much worse

And they're on 34 points, that's an average of a point a game ; that's borderline relegation form, if it was over the course of a normal season rather than over two half seasons. If it was, they'd be looking over their shoulder. Lost twice as many as they've won under him. Just over 1 win in every 4 games.
