I think the best thing we could do is give him a new deal and the security of being a mainstay in the team.

I think we all need to remember Walker was prone to a fuck up or two over the course of a season.
 
Perhaps I am now allowed to compare him errors to Kyle Walker's. Now that he too can now say he has put world class wingers in his pocket. :)

Not that this ability was ever in doubt. But seeing is believing. No lie :)
 
Not a right back but doing enough to hold it down, gave Vini Jr too much space but was absolutely worried about giving him space behind.

His spot is safe until we sign a right back.
 
Thought he seemed nervous at the start coming up against Vini Jr, but grew into the game and dominated Vini Jr.
 
He's a testament to hard work and knuckling down. He makes the odd mistake, but so do life long full backs.

If you consider his defensive ability in comparison to someone like Trent Alexander-Arnold then Nunes is streets ahead
 
Apart from being 6 inches away from giving away an early penalty he had a good game last night, but he needed one after an average showing at Newcastle and giving away goals against Leeds and Fulham.
