I’m not one for moaning about refs really, however this fella today genuinely had a proper shit game ! He was giving free kicks to West Ham when it definitely looked like they were offences against us. If that had been a closer game he’d have needed a police escort home after such a terrible performance. Hope we don’t get him again.

It can't be just me, but why do the away teams at The Etihad get the most 'nothing' fouls 'n free kicks where we get slammed to the ground and it's play on. There was one instance this afternoon where the WHU player was shielding the ball, couldn't do anything with it, tight to the touchline, so he just collapses onto the floor with virtually no contact, and Tierney obliges. I turned to neighbour and said "Would Tierney give a penalty for that if it happened in the area?" His last game at The Etihad was characterised by cluelessness, today he sank further into the contents of the sewage farm. He cannot have had his nose in the standard LotG!
