Would give the ref 1 out of 10 today and that’s for turning up on time. I still struggle to understand how players can fall over when the wind gently blows and win free kicks. At one point Nico deliberately took a step back, the player fell over thinking he was going to have contact and the ref still gave a free kick. It beggars belief that assessors sit in the stands and these refs continue to ref games. I know the bar is low but yesterday was the worst ref we have had all season.

Magassa spent the entire game throwing himself down and each time he did he was awarded with a free kick by the utterly incompetent Tierney.

It’s just bent. Theres no other way to explain it. Add to that the ekitike goal that was a clear push. The refs are still making up for the Diaz offside even though they've evened it out 20x more.
