Why wasn't the referee asked to go to the screen to take a look at the two players impeding Pablo as he went up the ball? Any footage of the incident you can see the arms around him. If they weren't there, he doesn't need to reach across Raya to get to the ball.
If he was asked to look at that, or that plus his arm on Raya. The outcome should have either been a penalty to West Ham (as he was being fouled), or a goal (because both sides were equally to blame).
Going for a disallowed goal after approximately 50 replays from all angles shows that there was an intent from the off to try and disallow it.
