Again, not what I asked;
Do you honestly think that Salah, Mane and Firmino didn't use diving as part of their gameplay under Klopp?
That Klopp’s Liverpool used playacting and simulation to the same level as other teams in the league and it wasn't a part of their gameplay?
That Robertson didn't play in a particularly thuggish manner and never pushed opponents into hoardings, raked studs down their achilles or rabbit punched opposition from behind with no sanction from referees?
That Salah didn't dive for penalties way more than 99% of players in the league?

I said I think all teams try to cheat in equal measures

Does that not answer your question? Yes they did those things in our eyes.

Just like fans of other clubs accuse other teams of trying to cheat to their advantage. Plenty say it about us too and they'll be right in their eyes.

So are you right and they're all wrong?

No you're just another football fan on a forum pointing out another team cheating. Go on other forums and they'll say similar about city and other teams. These people are just you and me. You're not not any more right or wrong. There'll essentially be a clone of you on another teams forum saying Bernado was a nasty player, saying Grealish was a diver. etc etc.

That's what football fans do. You're just another shitkicker, so am I and so is everyone else here and on every other forum.

Don't take your opinions too seriously. It's just football fans being partisan and deluded into thinking their team are goodies and the rivals are baddies. Football fans still have that playground mentality.

So you genuinely, honestly think that Salah didn't dive more than most players in the Premier League?
That his reputation among fans of all clubs as one of the biggest cheats in the premier league is completely just opposition fans deciding that because he plays for an opposition team?
Do fans say the same about Haaland because he plays for a different team than they support?

Salah wasn't any worse than Sterling, if you go on fans views.

Plenty of rival fans accused Sterling of diving when he played for City. No different to you saying that about Salah.

Why do you think your view is more valid?

Like I said, we're just football fans thinking our team is more pure than a rivals team. It doesn't make it true.

Like I said, it's all playground stuff, goodies and baddies. Don't take it so seriously. Relax a bit :)

Salah was awarded a hell of a lot more penalties than Raheem ever was.

He was a cheating, diving twat!

Im highly patronizing and should argue on substance? Substance? Yet you're playing down and refusing to acknowledge a blantantly obvious world class team that won trophies, and played some of the best football the PL has ever seen, all because of your stupid petty tribal agenda against them, and using a couple of 0-0 draws as disguise to drum up some legitimacy for it. Now thats patronizing if you dare argue that's not your motivation for it. Is that the substance you're bringing to the table here and that I'm avoiding to acknowledge? A couple of draws? Thats what brings that Liverpool 2018-2022 team in to question?

I'll say it again. Wise the fuck up. As if you'd give 2 hoots if Pep and City won us the league cup and/or FA Cup in the exact same way. And since we both know fine well that you wouldn't give a damn about it either. That leaves your very obvious hypocrisy as you being even more patronizing to anyone's intelligence and with an ever more a substanceless logic. So dont come at me with patronizing and substance, and worst of all, giving advice on how to be more credible, when thats the crap you're coming up with. I responded appropriately.
You are one angry man. I read 1 line of that rant and then went onto better things.

In your opinion, did Sterling dive more than Salah? Not other fans opinions, not what Simon Stone says, your opinion.
Do you personally think Salah was one of the worst divers in the league during the time of Klopp's tenure?

Slot has written a farewell to the Liverpool fans talking up his time there and saying he's left them exactly where Liverpool FC belongs.

So I guess that's why he was sacked then, if he thinks 5th by the skin of his teeth, with no silverware elsewhere, is going to be sufficient to appease a fan base that regards it's club as top dog.
Or, fuck the fan base. Perhaps he was being honest. He's left them where they belong.
5th with no trophies.

Sure but I say that as a city fan

A Liverpool fan will say Sterling was worse

That's my point here. Football fans are children playing goodies and baddies

So, in summary;
In your opinion Salah was a massive cheat.
In the opinion of fans of 19 teams Salah was a massive cheat.
In your opinion some teams "got away with it more".

But, if I say I don't consider Klopp's Liverpool a great team as they had a tendency to cheat quite a bit, a sentiment it would appear you agree with, that's childish goodies and baddies because Liverpool fans say Sterling went down too easy on occasion?

But you're missing the point. Fans of other clubs alwaya call opponents massive cheats. Plenty of people have called city players massive cheats and will continue to call the whole club cheats until the charges stuff is cleared up.

What makes you more right than them?

You're simply just another fan calling rivals cheats..there's hundreds of you on every clubs forums calling opponents cheats, depending on who their target is.

Actually let's look at it another way. How much cheating makes a team not great? How do we quantify it?

We can all agree every team uses simulation/cheating to look for fouls right? So that includes city to. So if we say any cheating rules out greatness, then that rules out city and every other team.

So where's the threshold? What's the cut off point? Let's say in your eyes that Liverpool were massive 100% cheats so they cannot be great, can you cheat maybe 70% of what Liverpool did and be great? 50%? 30?% - it's all cheating at the end of the day, therefore it should diminish perceived greatness across the board. So considering every team does it to a degree, including city, then your logic around Liverpool also has to apply to us. Even if you think we were only 20% as bad as Liverpool for it, you have to also downplay our greatness. It's all relative.

So are you saying any cheating means you aren't great? Or you're allowed to cheat a bit? Maybe 50% of what Salah did is ok but anymore than that isn't? What's your scale?

I dont know why people can't grasp your point haha

I thought you wanted substance? Too much this time?.. And we both know fine well you read the whole thing and you're just trying to save face ;)

I might be a bit long in the tooth but I thought he was being snide when he said that....first time I've laughed at something he said .

I think all teams try to gain advantages by cheating and play acting in similar measures. Some get away with it more than others.

Plenty of fans out there consider Bernado to be a nasty **** who gets away with murder on the pitch. Grealish was considered one of the biggest divers around by other fans.

I'm simply saying every accusation you throw at another team, there's fans from other teams throwing the same accusations at us or any other team.

Everyone is at it and all fans think their team does it less. That's what fans do.
Bernardo is regularly carded, others are not. That is the point. Salah got away with his diving. Robertson got away with regularly barging wingers into the hoardings.

Iraola will be a great appointment for them unfortnately.

If Spitty says he is the wrong choice the you know they are onto something.

On the plus side this will bring Varsenal down to earth.

Slopp has a history of being snide.

When Salah said it was his last game playing against City (before his contract renewal) Slopp answered back that Salah must know about City's 115 charges and outcome as next season Salah won't face them as City will be relegated to another league, to the laughter from the dipper press.

When Tront signed for Real Madrid, Slot gave them some free advise saying Tront is a poor trainer. I've never heard a Manager talk about an outgoing player like that.

Things got so ugly that J.Plopp had to intervene reminding the dippers to show respect.
