That's how I buy my wine, well not totally as it has to be discounted as well as a pretty label.

Ahh

Well it' my bird's dad who told worked on it for a week helping with testing and he is a season ticket holder and the most boring c**t i've ever met hence me believing him, i don't think he's got a joke in him
and you didn't think to step back for a minute and think "would it get planning permission if it didn't have a high enough shithouse ration"?

wouldn't matter to the planners. building control might have an issue though.

Was on the stadium and club tour earlier, guide was saying to keep eyes peeled on website and Sky sports tomorrow as there should be a load of coverage for the opening of the academy. Also said he had heard Mansour was coming over for the opening.

Taken with a pinch of salt obviously, but seemed genuine enough. Anyone else on the 11.30 tour would be able to confirm.

Probably old news but also said once the south stand is complete, the section for away fans will be narrower, but will be on levels 1, 2 and 3.
The academy will also be part of the tours from easter onwards.

Manchester City’s multi-million pound new football factory was being unveiled today after four years in the pipeline.

The club’s training academy aims to churn out a new generation of top-flight players - sitting at the heart of East Manchester’s growing sports village.

And it could eventually be joined by its own answer to United’s new ‘Hotel Football’, the M.E.N. can reveal.

The new academy - estimated to have cost between £150m and £200m - has sprung up on a huge swathe of former industrial wasteland within Beswick’s Etihad Campus.

As well as training future players, it will also be a new home to City in the Community - while some of its pitches will be available to use by local schoolchildren

City have been working closely with the council on a string of projects around the ground as part of a long-term vision for the neighbourhood.

As part of the academy’s construction thousands of trees and new wildlife have been introduced to a site he said had been an ecological ‘disaster’.

Mr Bradshaw added: “What’s happening here with the club and the city has been so transformative it’s untrue.

“It’s something that should excite the whole city.”

Asked if the campus could eventually house its own answer to the ‘Hotel Football’ currently being built at United - the brainchild of Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville - he said there was ‘a project to be looked at’ in the long term, once the ground is up and running.
