He's the clubs press officer, can't remember his name, he was there when Aguero signed. He isn't player liaison the lad who does that is the tall bloke who looks like Stuart Taylor (he picked Aguero up from the airport).

My mate is still waiting for his Platinum card. Mine and Dad's arrived Friday and Today respectively, told mate to phone ticket office they said to phone back tomorrow if it had not arrived. He did ask what the delay was and was told, "Nothing we can do as the ticket has been posted".
