In my opinion you can easily buy tickets at the station on the day of departure. I checked the connections, and from 9:00 to 15:00 there are 11 trains from Wroclaw to Poznan. With return tickets also shouldn't be any problems. There is other solution if you somehow didn't buy tickets at the...
