    Eberechi Eze

If he doesn't though, the jury could be out on him.

    Alvarez replacement thread

If you want an injury prone player, go ahead. But it will be a complete waste of our time and will stop our younger players like McAtee and Bobb from properly coming through.

    Alvarez replacement thread

Manchester City don't do temporary fixes. We are much bigger and much better than that.

    Alvarez replacement thread

    We aren't that desperate.

    Eberechi Eze

Eze can play all across the frontline. If I'm being honest... Jack has to start doing more now. If Jack doesn't have a good season this season, I'd be phasing him out for Eze. That's just how I see it. Bobb for me is going to be far better than Grealish and Doku so I'd make sure Bobb got...

    Luis Diaz

Definitely not. He doesn't even look half decent for the dippers.
  7. E

    Eberechi Eze

After the Oscar Bobb injury, this transfer probably makes the most sense now. Release clause. Relatively fair price. Easy deal to get over the line if he is interesting in joining. Already knows quite a few of our players. Good ball player. Good transition player. Plays in a number of positions...

It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

Well these are probably our best options if we want to bring in a player to replace the absence of Bobb... Mohammed Kudus (release clause I think?) Johan Bakayoko Eberechi Eze (60m release clause) Takefusa Kubo Edon Zhegrova Desire Doue has agreed to sign for PSG so that rules him out.

    Rodrygo

I'm not a betting man, but if I was I'd lump big money on him staying. They have no reason to sell him. Come back to this post when the transfer window closes.

    Rodrygo

Rodrygo definitely won't be leaving this summer. Maybe next summer if he is pushed out.

    Rodrygo

    This is an absolute non-starter.

Alvarez done deal - £82m to Atletico

Who do you think we will sign?

Alvarez done deal - £82m to Atletico

Name me options in the market that are realistic that can be able deputy's to Rodri?

Alvarez done deal - £82m to Atletico

Great business from City. My prediction is, we will now stick what what we have in the squad. I can't see any more signings coming in the door this summer. We rushed with signings last summer, particularly the Matheus Nunes signing. If we're being honest, we would have still won the league...

Alvarez done deal - £82m to Atletico

He doesn't get in Newcastle's team ahead of Isak.

    Bruno Guimaraes

    Exactly this.

    Bruno Guimaraes

Rodri was never dogshit. His football brain and intelligence was always superb. It's just some people weren't prepared to give him time to let him fit our style. People just wanted him to be too similar to Fernandinho when he is a completely different player.

    17 | Kevin De Bruyne - 2023/24

But but but Tolmie said that the club want to offload him...

It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

Every time I've watched him, I've not been that impressed with him. Think I'd rather we bring through young Echeverri the season after and see how he gets on.
  20. E

    Dani Olmo

We will see. I just can't see it. Di Marzio is absolutely horrendous for City news. He got the Declan Rice to City wrong and Aubameyang to City wrong. He's been very wrong for us on big transfer rumours.
