Rodri makes the game for the rest of them easier. Makes the defenders game easier, gives the other midfielders more space, transitions the ball better for the wingers to get more 1 on 1. Rodri is comfortably the best CDM in the game and his influence is that of a busquets level

Hard to get a hold of these types of players, I'm hoping alvarez will be that for us. Can't really see many out their that are attainable. Mbappe maybe the only one who is a dead cert game changer and available next year.

We could really do with someone who can whip a decent ball in the box. Obviously KDB coming back would help but a lot of our crosses are ass. No conviction in them.

Foden has been drifting inside pretty much most of these games, he's constantly finding himself in the middle or at the very least in an inside forward position where maddison finds himself a lot too as he looks to cross and create from all angles

No one willing to take control and step up. There seemed a real lack of desire to be brave and attack arsenal, whether that was a pep direction or the players were too scared i don't know but it was pretty painful to watch.

He needs to get more aggressive and braver with his head. Needs a rocket up his arse.

Kovacic isn't nimble or agile enough to be able to simultaneously put pressure on a player without clattering or going body to body with them. Too much of a risk keeping him on, he's gonna have to give every player a yard of space.

If stones isn't fit enough to play then why have him on the bench?

Kovacic absolutely has to come off. His first challenge was borderline red and I always feel it should be a yellow in those situations but a 0 tolerance policy afterwards which means for me that second challenge is him off, so stupid.

Kovacic off and Haaland seriously needs to get braver with his head. That was an open goal and he's not been focused on the ball and went with a dainty little attempt instead of tracking the ball the full way
