I always find it's tough to take any form of running content in, when you're going through injury. Too frustrating when all you want is to be out there running.

8km done tonight, my longest run since Chester 10k in March. So, I'm happy with that. I'm following the 10% rule of increasing the running but the knee pain is still there, nowhere near as bad as it was back in March but still uncomfortable. It does ease off during the run and then I have it on...

Weird, I thought they were banned along with Russia. Can't see any Belarussian player or manager being granted a visa.

Only attacker that offers any form of control, the rest can't keep the ball.

Think he's okay but he was slow to get up a few minutes ago. Should get him off at half time as a precaution.

Stones needs to come off at half time, he shouldn't be playing 2 games a week. City should be giving England strict instructions on this.

Stones slow to get up then, bit worrying, looks alright though.

Nothing I hate more than hearing Lee Dixon talk tactics; 'make a run' 'stop messing about at the back'... Retired 22 years ago, has never coached and whenever he commentates, it always sounds like he hates football.

England look far more comfortable and in control when Grealish has the ball. Of all the attackers, he's the one that should be first name on the sheet in my opinion.

Good block from Stones, mess in midfield for England. Lee Dixon just calls it a scruffy shot...

First women in history under 2 hours 10 minutes, destroyed the old world record. She's still running and striding out afterwards to celebrate, unbelievable. Shouldn't be the way we think but it's so quick it'll almost certainly raise a few eyebrows.

Chepngetich is flying in the women's race. Broke the 20km world record for the first 20km of the marathon. Will smash the marathon WR if she keeps this up.

Yeah starts 13:15-13.30 UK time. Should be a fast one. Not sure any of the men are in shape to take Kiptum's record but the women's race could be really quick.

Chicago Marathon today, on Eurosport 1, think the women's pacer is pacing a World Record attempt.

Live on ITV1 for those in the UK. Again just to keep the other thread tidy. I would take none of the City lads being involved.

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Oof thats a big blow for the PL in this. We've handled this very well post verdict. They've tried to get ahead of this and been made to look like idiots.
