The Album Review Club - Week #146 - (page 1935) - Ocean Rain - Echo and the Bunnymen

Personally I like faults and failings in people it makes them more real to me. I also agree re the double standards on how people view people around substance misuse especially heroin. Some artists would regard it as a creative and empowering tool but I doubt a premiership footballer using it...

Anyone that has seen Mick play would be amused by the comment " I imagine that they'll turn up at a venue on time" I remember seeing mick play at an alcohol free venue in Liverpool - he fell off the stage bladdered. The joke was that they should have been called Smack . The rest of your write...

I'd say that was a very fair and accurate opinion, personally I was never a huge fan of HMS Fable but Comedy is arguably one of his best compositions. Here's Tom is possibly my favourite Shack album. His new album is pretty much as you described - 3-4 great songs on it, some not so.

As an evertonian today is a time to forget rivalries. So with no malice or sarcasm it's sad to see him leaving, he's served his club well and you have to respect that. So I can only wish him best for the future, so with a heavy heart I say a fond farewell from the blue half of the city...

Am expecting a 21 gun salute, every flag at half mast, red arrows fly pass at least today. Truth is Guardiola has broken him and he realises that.

I'd say the same re expectations and the water taxis are a great way to get around. The islands around the city are beautiful for a short hop and walk around. We even found a juventus supporters club amidst the back alleys.

You only have to hope that he never used the death of his own son as a way to engender sympathy as he did with others.

Things rival fans get wrong about Manchester City

Unless all of your fanbase is around 10 years of age most will have followed you through the hardest of times. What are they supposed to do, abandon them because they're successful? Its a situation every fan would love to have - quality squad, excellent stadium , solid and sound investment. Bask...

    Men in Black

Remember reading about it in a book by O' Neill. They all got off dressed in black with balaclavas on and as it was a night game it was hard to distinguish who was who and they held their own allegedly.
