I don’t know of a keeper who was a better football player. Credit to MotD this evening for highlighting how good he is. His vision and choice of pass is absolutely outstanding, as is his execution of passes. Some good goalkeeping today too. Thought he was a bit unlucky on their goal.

Only (only!) two goals today but one of his very best performances for us. Outstanding work rate, in fact I started to get concerned that he should conserve some energy.

That Brentford gave such a good account of themselves but could have ended up being battered by City shows how up for it City were.

It was the use of E Street band members on Bat Out of Hell that drew me back to Springsteen.

Zak is a really good drummer. Seen him live several times. He is excellent with The Who, which a tougher gig than Oasis, and he has held that spot down for yonks now.
