They are not issuing cards anymore. What they will have done is put you down for the “alternative method” which is print at home tickets. The person you spoke to obviously think the alt is a ticket but it’s not

I really do dread to think what it’s going to be like for everyone with the digital ticketing. The ticket office have clearly buckled on what should have be a simple renewal process so go knows how they are going to cope issuing everyone digital tickets week in week out

If you go into you account and select your season ticket you should see the relocate tab turn blue. You can then go through and chose a new seat. I can relocate a friends at the moment who isn't impacted but not tried to complete as he has no intention of moving so whether it will let you...

Looks like it will let you relocate online today but it does say for those impacted only. Not sure if it will let you actually complete the process online if your not impacted. No point in phoning up as they will just tell you to wait till Weds.
