Spurs (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

No leaders, no fight. It is what it is. We place decent but are terrible in both boxes. Front runners. Once behind, play like ass.

    19 | Ilkay Gundogan - 2024/25

Kova out for about a month or so. Need Ilkay to turn back the clock a bit because we're going to need it.

    Pep's contract situation | 2 year extension confirmed! (pg1817)

"Turning point" of the season right here for me. Morale boost will be insane, I think. Haaland next.

    Players who might improve us

Antonio Nusa looks really good for Norway. Gliding around like a young Leroy Sane.

    Right back options……

Hasn't shown much in attack or possession but he's quick and his defensive rates look very good. AWB-esque in that regard.

    Players who might improve us

Pass. Already have 4 midfielders that are 30+. Don't need to add another one that has been out of the game via suspension and has past injury issues.

    Right back options……

Could probably add Geertruida, Vanderson and Livramento to that list. Hard to find a perfect replacement. Gusto is probably the closest thing to Walker at RB, I think. Simakan is on €235k/wk per capology in Saudi not counting add-ons. Other options could be a CB that can play as a defensive RB.

    Right back options……

Frimpong is a fun player but is awful defensively. People moaned about Cancelo's defending. Frimpong is much worse. He's also physically weak compared to even Rico. Gets pushed off the ball. Admittedly, he isn't tasked to defend much and everyone in Bundiesliga seem to play a hilariously high...

    EDS v Lincoln / Sky Sports+ / 7pm / Tues 12th Nov / EFL Trophy.

Henderson Hall awful today. Nico very poor. JWE might be one of the worst players I've seen play. Really poor at set plays overall. Physicality is miles off. It is what it is though.

    16 | Rodri 2024/25

Yeah I don't want him to take any part. Would rather he stay in Europe and continue his rehab/recovery.

    Ex City Youth Players

Does this team finish top 6? Top 10? Relegation? Defense is wank but that is some solid talent. Only used active players but I'm sure I'm missing some. Didn't use any players under control (on loan). GK- Trafford Def- Frimpomg - Tosin - THB - Angelino (?) Med- Lavia, A. Garcia, Rogers Att-...

True heir to Kompany. Captain and leader.

Bro has had enough of our porous midfield.

    The Squad planning thread

Pay the release clause (€60m each) for both Martin Zubimemdi and Alex Baena. Zubi can be the Rodri cover and Baena will offer some much needed playmaking and chance creation. Baena will make Jack super expendable though.

    Best City Football you've seen?

https://www.sofascore.com/football/match/arsenal-manchester-city/rsR#id:7437969,tab:lineups There were some superb games against Arsenal in the 17-18 time. This game sticks out for sublime football and D. Silva at his glorious best.

    Best City Football you've seen?

Like the title says, I'm curious what is the best football you've seen City play? For example, many point to the first half against Madrid, on the way to the treble, as the best football city okay. Some might point to the 2-1 Liverpool game that had the Stones clearance. What are some of the...

    10 | Jack Grealish - 2024/25

This might be his last year at the club. That's what it's looking like. Obviously no idea what's actually happening behind the scenes.
