What's your point exactly? If we're playing 2 CB's then 4 is plenty; we''ll have a 20 y/o (Denayer), 25 y/o (Mangala), 28 y/o (Otamendi) & 30 y/o (Kompany). That to me is a good blend of ages, experienced couple & promising couple. We wouldn't need another CB unless one of those 4 also leaves...

He's been very open about this for a while & very loyal to us, could have easily had his head turned by some of the Spanish giants. If he leaves at 31 then that suits us pretty well I feel, we will have had him through his prime & saves the period of him losing form & us struggling to drop him...
