Seems to be. I don’t understand that though - we apparently earned £300m from successful season, plus sales of academy and senior players, and yet we’re struggling to buy at the £100m mark. Doesn’t make sense…… I have this sneaky suspicion too, that the FA may try to impose a transfer ban on us...
