None of us really know but given the leaked docs, the potential issue with Mancini wasn’t that he had a separate contract, it was whether we were negotiating and paying him on their behalf.

Yes, that’s why I posted the full report. Seen a lot of people say he failed to report it, that’s not what the report found. Its that he didn’t chase it up enough after being told it had been reported. The main cover up was well before Welbys time. It’s right he resigned too though.
