I couldn't agree more pal, this email should have been sent out by Supporter Services at least 6 weeks ago, when it became apparent that there were major issues accessing the new mobile ticketing platform. Whoever is managing or mismanaging this shit show needs to come out and explain why...

I've never used or would ever consider using the on site car parking at the Etihad, however the marketing machine at City seem to have other ideas for me, they have sent me 4 separate emails this afternoon inviting me to join the all new (ANPR) technology pre-booked car parking scheme.

They girl at the ticket office told me that paper tickets could not be posted out this season under any circumstance, the only options available for paper tickets (in her words) are either print at home or collect in person from the north stand ticket office.

I sent an email to supporters services 14 days ago still no reply, has anybody had a response via email ?

I feel you pain pal, I personally gave up in frustration trying to get through on the phone, in the end, I ended up making three trips to the Etihad to resolve issues with my season cards, but if you do go down to the stadium mate be prepared for queue.

Out of interest, did you get through or did they cut your call off after 2hrs ?
