No. Last week you requested an Access Code on the City ticket account that will be sent to you when your window opens. You will need a UEFA account to buy the actual ticket which you do by putting the Access Code into the UEFA site when the code is sent to you.

No You can buy up to 6 tickets in total as long as you have the access codes. What they will need further down the line is their own mobile ticket app unless you want to have to scan every one in from your phone.

I honestly don’t know. It’s easy to change your log in email, but I also put in a different email for my tickets to be sent to because I set up a ticket account as well. I then panicked and tried to delete my account. In the end UEFA changed my email for me but it was a bit of a faff.

You can set it up anytime. I set mine up last Tuesday. Use the same email address as your City account and also for the mobile ticket app.

The portal said it would appear there at 3pm. It wasn’t there. Fortunately I have an email alert and it came up on my phone. It finally appeared on my City account after about half an hour.

Thirty minutes. I bought four in total, took me about 10 minutes but that’s because I didn’t just copy and paste the access code, which is about 17 characters! Lesson learnt, use copy and paste.

You just need their access codes. They were emailed out when the window opened then I had them email me their codes so I could buy them all together.

No it isn’t fair, but that’s the way it has been organised. Both the poster and the poster they quoted believe it is fair though and will either tell you you are wrong, be condescending prigs, bully or abuse you, their mates pile on to bully you or they just outright lie. But it is what it is...

And exactly the same happened at my branch. All I said before the poster became abusive was that you would be better off joining a Supporters Club than joining the cup scheme. You have as much chance to get a ticket for the final and it’s a lot cheaper.

It’s on my credit card, i have it specifically for using abroad as there are no charges and you always get a good exchange rate on conversion.

Recently I flew to Dubai on Emirates. The flight was full of ‘lads’ going on a golfing holiday. They were extremely loud and hogged the bar all night. I could neither sit at the bar or sleep.

I’m flying Friday afternoon from Manchester to Dalaman. Got the first out of Dalaman to Istanbul for about £40. Fly back about 10am Sunday morning.
