It was doing that to me earlier. I qualified at 3pm on Thuraday but tried a few mins before and it did as you described. Then at 3pm when I should have been able to buy it went in to that "Planned Maintenance" mode. Think it was ok again abuot 15 mins later. Clearly soemthing up with the Wolves...
