The are we allowed the "it's quiet" thread yet? thread.

Don't worry about having a go mate, most of you are very welcoming and up for chat! Anyway, I'm not entirely sure. Most of Goodison is concrete etc. There was actually a fire in the Park End once, decades ago. I think the fact that there's a fair bit of fireproofing, coupled with most of the...

I certainly intend to. It'll be sad to leave and many fans don't want to go, but we need to leave to progress and the stadium won't last too much longer anyway.

You're missing the bigger picture. It's not a flat value. It's influenced by dozens of other factors, like own revenue.

Haha, hopefully not, mayor says we'll be out of Goodison within three years.

A few pages on the internet report it coming into effect next season.

Cheers mate. I'm excited for the future. I don't expect radical change but we'll be improving at a better rate than we are now. Nice to see a different insight. I always thought he was a good keeper but just from what I actually saw and what I heard my opinion changed otherwise. I don't watch...

All I've seen from him and all I've heard from City fans is that Hart is bang average and makes too many mistakes and that under a weaker defence he'd be horribly exposed. West Ham could probably spend a couple dozen, but so will everyone else at that level. The real money (hundreds) will be...

I posted this a while back: If anything, my opinion has only strengthened, having seen the improvement he made in one game without Martinez. There were whispers that we worked on set pieces for the first time in months and obviously Stones was told "play your way, but if you're in trouble, row...

Who knows lad, everyone asked the same about Aguero/Toure with City. If rumours are to be believed, Moshiri's best mate Usmanov will buying the remaining shares of Everton this season and we'll have the second richest owners in the league, behind City of course. It'll have to be ridiculous...

    John Stones

The problem isn't Stones, it's Martinez and his coaching team. Players have said that they don't bother training the defensive side of the game. Give him a month under another manager (Mourinho, Big Sam, Pellegrini, whoever) and the papers will be calling him the best defender in the world again.

    Ross Barkley

No, it isn't. I like when fans make comments about other teams that they have no clue about. Barkley retains the ball better than anyone at the club.

    Ross Barkley

    Lol

    Ross Barkley

I've never actually watched Bony so I wouldn't know.

    Ross Barkley

He's not getting fat, he's getting stronger. Comparing him now to images of what he was like three years ago, he's put on muscle like you would not believe.

    Ross Barkley

And for £25m you will not purchase Barkley, so if you were in charge of buying him, you would fail. Wrong. He is at his best playing further back, where he can make runs from the centre of midfield.

    John Stones

I think you can discount that game purely because Howard Kendall died. Nobody was up for it, manager, players or fans.

Whats this all about then? Spitting?

Yeah, should be great. Hoping our fans will be fine throughout the match but there are bellends in every club, aren't there?

Whats this all about then? Spitting?

You were great during the game. Outside of that, a few fans spoiled it for everyone else. I was there, didn't see anyone spat at, but they were getting rather aggressive when there were kids about. It wasn't needed, but I have seen worse.

    John Stones

More like he's called your bluff and you can't name 50. You probably couldn't name ten.
  20. E

    Lukaku

Lukaku would play much better in your side. We do not play to his strengths at all. We play a passing game, he receives the ball with his back to goal and that's where he's weakest. He's improved immensely but his greatest strength is having the ball played in front of him so he can charge to...
