That's not my job pal,i have other responsibilities ;-)

So,onto whats relevant, please explain......If the new boss believes he can find a better keeper, why is that a bad thing?
You'll find out exactly how that could be a bad thing if reports are true and he thinks Ter Stegen is better than Joe.

The hg factor does come into play whether we like it or not. Joe is the best English keeper. If we have to have 4, then it's either to be competent squad players or starters. As far as I'm concerned, only the likes of Kane, Alli and Sterling would be capable of holding down a regular first 11 spot.
So we already have two of them but the other two would be ridiculously overpriced.

I look at this way, who's going to earn you more points Stones or Joe for similar money ?

We are strong favourites for Stones and we have been linked with Rose, neither of those signings would be coincidence.

I wouldn't mind Rose tbh. Wide players, either fullbacks or wingers, can be risk takers.
Keepers, cb's, midfielders and centre forwards can't be risk takers. Putting mavericks or prospects in the spine is costly.

Does salford paul still post in the transfer forum? I know he was a proper ITK (he called Pep would be signing for us after MP 3 years ago, not sure if he got lucky or what) , apologies in advance if this has been asked/covered before, only pop on the transfer forum at this time of year or in Jan window,

The carly simon song is about warren beatty.
What lives in a warren? A rabbit.
What does a rabbit have?
Goofy teeth.
Which high profile player has goofy teeth and isn't afraid to use them?
Suarez.

I knew I'd work out one of these cryptic things eventually.

I always thought so but Carly recently stated it was about the music producer David Geffen?

So Ted Rodgers me that!

Is Hart interested in Everton? Massive step down if so. Can't see him being up for it but who knows money talks.

Who knows lad, everyone asked the same about Aguero/Toure with City.

If rumours are to be believed, Moshiri's best mate Usmanov will buying the remaining shares of Everton this season and we'll have the second richest owners in the league, behind City of course.

It'll have to be ridiculous money on an average signing (think Robinho/Jo) to get the ball rolling but still, I think £40m is too much.

And that is before you factor in how much it would cost to replace him with an incredible keeper in the new landscape where lower mid table Everton can offer 40 million for a keeper.

As I touched on above, this isn't a result of TV money etc. This is because we have an owner who wants to play ball. Similarly to City languishing around the relegation zone until they were propped up with investment, Everton have been underperforming for over two decades now. The investment is simply propping us back up. It's not something your average club, such as West Ham, would be able to do. TV money can not afford them to place that much money on a standard goalkeeper.
