    Match of The Day 2024/25

I thought they gave a fair assessment of the goal and even compared it to Wolves West Ham goal showing what a dick head manager he is to even make the comparison. No one in the media has criticised the decision with the exception of the twats on Sky. I think Wolves fans are using this...

Despite the crowd being on his back I thought Nunes had a very good cameo

Walker missing is a blow. They always play on the counter - especially against City

    Wolves (A) - Sun 20th Oct, 14:00 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

I’ve lived here since 1990 - like a lot of English towns/cities it has gone into a steady decline with shops closing and their flagship department store Beaties now shut. Even worse the council sold off their city centre car parks to NCP so the town centre is empty at weekends. The people are...

    Wolves (A) - Sun 20th Oct, 14:00 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

Picked up an old program of City v Wolves 1st December 1979 - Steve Daley captain against his old club with Andy Gray and Emlyn Hughes for Wolves. We lost 3-2 but it could have been worse from the highlights I saw on You Tube. Was anybody at the game on here ?

Liam Payne dies at the age of 31

Sorry it was meant to be a question rather than a matter of fact. I was thinking that he’s the biggest thing to come out of Wolverhampton in decades and they don’t need much of an excuse these days to have a minute’s silence :-)

Minutes silence at the Molineux on Sunday. Though I think he was a West Brom fan

    Recommend a Car

Hi, it was fairly simple. There is a page on the Kia website where you can download an update file. Copy it onto a usb stick (doesn’t have to be massive). Put the stick into the usb on the car and it will detect it’s an update and start installing. Have a look here

    Recommend a Car

I owned a Nissan Qasqai for 12 months. Worst car I’ve ever had. It had 16k on the clock but it was hardly ever out of the garage.the cam belt went, the turbo went whilst on a trip to Norwich, the stop start continually reported errors - the Nissan garage we’re happy whilst the car was under...

    Recommend a Car

This year I bought a used Kia Sportage - 2021 so it’s the end of the old model. They’re a well built car and having the 7 year warranty means you can buy one that is a couple of years old and still have a few years left. It’s not particularly exciting to drive - it’s very low geared which means...

    Yes

I was watching 10cc the same night in Wolverhampton. They had a slide show at the start showing their history and up popped a City team photo (obviously the link with the Boys in Blue recording). It was a great show but I would have traded places for the Hackett gig

    Yes

Although I love Yes I’ve always preferred Genesis as my prog band of choice (though not for musicianship). Having seen Genesis a few times however they never came close to the Yes gig. The show, the sound and how they got that many musicians to play as a tight unit was amazing.

    Yes

Not sure of the year (1990?) but I saw them on the Union tour at the NEC. They had two musicians per instrument and performed on a revolving stage. Considering the number of musicians in the stage the sound was impeccable as was the performance. Probably the most perfect gig I’ve ever seen
