What's even worse and gets right on my goat is people paying £299 for a season ticket in Level 3 South Stand then coming down five minutes into the game and trying to sit in my seat when I've gone to the toilet!!! Challenge them and tell them to shift and they complain they can't see anything...

What occurred to me was why try and push Joes etc. When I said I wanted to upgrade from SS3 they started talking about Legends and Citizens at 3-4K a pop. Even suggested I reduce from 4 to 2 season tickets to pay for Tunnel Club.

I called to ask about Joes and 93:20 and was told it was full but would I like to consider the tunnel club. How much I asked? £7,500 + Vat came the response!! And that's the cheapest option.

We can't fill the ground now so how we expect to charge more and get more people,through the gates is beyond me.
