    Happy 80th Birthday Rodders!

Yes, as a Kippax Guy I would agree - we really did love him. Wonderful footballer, flawed genius maybe, but just a joy to watch. I don't recall any of us calling him 'Rodders' though. He was just 'Rodney' or 'Rod', IIRC. My favourite memory is of him running rings around a defender (can't...

    The Co-op Live Arena

Me too. Was in the presale when it opened and only 3000 ahead of me in the queue. When it came to my turn only hotel packages available. So on Friday I was on Ticketmaster bang on 10am and this time 4000 ahead of me. Great, I thought. When my turn came the screen showed up loads of blocks but...

    Ten Hag sacked! (P 416)

Good to see that the title of this thread has reverted to its true format :-)

Jurgen Klopp to become Head of Soccer at Red Bull

There'd be some phlegm flying around if a dipper tried to pronounce the word :-)

Jurgen Klopp to become Head of Soccer at Red Bull

    Don't you mean 'soccer' ? :-)

    Ten Hag sacked! (P 416)

Ha ha ! Subtle & clever :-) I find it strange that what was a humorous and apparently popular sub-title has been removed. It smacks of MUEN behaviour and not what I would have expected from BM - maybe there's a rag mole lurking in the BM corridors of power :-)

    Ten Hag sacked! (P 416)

The thing that worries me is that on the evidence of many of his interviews he's deluded about the so called 'progress' he's made at the swamp, and that this delusion has spread to his view that he still has the backing of Scruffy Jim & co. If that's the case then our campaign could be drawing...

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

I agree. Unfortunately it's all to do with the cartel clubs running the show. The last thing they wanted was a gatecrasher and then along came Sheikh Mansour. Manchester thanks you, SM, but no other fcuker does.

    Ten Hag sacked! (P 416)

That's 2 of us who've asked the same question but all seems quiet from the Mods. Very mysterious. Anyone alive out there ??

PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The Arse dark arts - sorry, meant cheating, now looks like its been off the pitch as well as on it. I'm a great believer in karma, and it's coming home to roost for them and their cartel mates.

    Ten Hag sacked! (P 416)

Whilst I'm a follower of this thread I seem to have missed why the long standing "Save Our" moniker has been dropped from the title. Is this PL Charge Number 116 ? Just interested as to why it's been dropped.

    Ten Hag sacked! (P 416)

'Kinnell. Just when I was thinking we might keep him in the job until Halloween. I think it's a lost cause now. Time to prepare for the next 'Save Our' project. Gutted.

We don't breed hooligans like we used to!

Stupid eh ? Probably born without a brain and therefore unlikely to acquire one once they hit the age of 50.

And you thought Mike Dean played up to the camera!

Some fellow Blues of my generation may recall a ref in the 1960's called Maurice Fussey. He was Fussey by name and fussy by nature. Everything was theatrical, although by no means to the extent of Senor dos Santos. He exaggerated on most decisions, and also I recall he would wait until both...

That would be fun :-) Wouldn't mind us resurrecting the SOO/SOS Campaign for another run. It was a great ride last time around with Ole at the Wheel :-)

If it comes down to where he had the best hospitality then we've nothing to worry about.

Rodri Injury Updates | City say ligament injury (pg117)

As big a miss that Rodders is, I'm confident that we'll be able to cope. Kova has been playing well this season and this time around we've got Gundo back too. Pep will no doubt already have a plan. Siege Mentality will get us through this.

In addition, if any Manager can come up with a plan to overcome it, its Pep.
