Yeah, he’d caught up with Garnacho, outmuscled him and garnacho had given up even challenging him as Gvardiol headed it unchallenged. Gvardiol was 100% in control of that situation at that point, unfortunately for us Ortega had a brain fart at that exact moment!! As can be seen clearly below...

Gvardiol was grappling with garnacho and watching a bouncing ball. Was in total control of that situation. But hard for him to see ortega also. Ortega had a perfect view of Gvardiol in that moment, could see he was in charge and then for some reason decided to put himself in no mans land and...

Not all will go but im probably in the camp that it needs freshening up a bit. Gonna be tuff if we lose a KDB/Bernardo but we need at least one player who can help break down a low block imo (similar to how Doku will hopefully).

Game to far today for kdb. Hindsight, but the change today was foden central for kdb, doku wide and definitely the 2 centre half's from the last few weeks!!
