Any Long Covid sufferers on here?

I have osteoporosis and take vast amounts of vitamin D and calcium daily. I’ve never caught Covid. Not exactly definitive empirical data but if nothing else is working….

    Players who might improve us

I’ll look forward to the ‘Luiz snubs City’ articles. On a more serious note, he was ours of course and we didn’t take up the option to bring him back. I was personally surprised because I thought he would be an excellent backup for Rodri.

Any Long Covid sufferers on here?

No proof at all but some interest in vitamin D3, the ‘sunshine vitamin’. Even if pointless, it might help your son to feel he can take positive action. Cheap as chips as well.

PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I must have read 100s of comments today saying that if we are exonerated, it will be because we have expensive lawyers and have been paying bribes. Some fans of other clubs will never accept our innocence. Guess we will just have to live with it.

    United Thread - 2023/24

I can’t understand why people on here are so pleased. Dropping Sancho and Anthony can surely only strengthen the team?

I genuinely think Pep wants to play with two up top.

    Life without alcohol

I gave up for 5 years (terrible hangover even on one drink). I soon got used to it but lad’s nights out could be dull. I started again in my mid thirties and haven’t had a hangover in 30 years since. I’ve no idea why it happened but happy days, it did.

    Kalvin Phillips

For context, I really wanted him here. I thought he would give us a bit of bite which, at the time, we sometimes lacked imo. If the bar for backup DM is to be as good as Rodri, then that’s a tall order. If Pep really doesn’t fancy him though then let’s move him on. Football careers are short and...

How do we resolve the Brexit mess?

Let’s stop whining and call another referendum. Pretty sure return would win. Probably get worse terms but we all end up paying for our mistakes. We will look stupid for a couple of years but everybody will get over it.

It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

Bellingham wanted Real and, if we are honest, Rice wanted Arsenal and they were prepared to pay top dollar. Nobody will be complaining when Kimmich turns up anyway.

It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

I think the Declan Rice bid was the highest we were prepared to offer. If we had been successful, then happy days. If we weren’t, at least we had forced Arsenal’s hand. Win Win.

Not enough to start him in either final though.

Wimbledon 2023 | Alcaraz beats Djokovic in the final

She really does seem a lovely girl and very easy on the eye too. Like you, I think her mentality is all wrong and she will end up being a one hit wonder. I hope I’m wrong as it would be a shame.
