    26 | Savinho - 2025/26

Agree. For me CHerki hasn't had enough run in our sides to prove himself... And although I like Marmoush... his performances lately are poor.

TBH - we were screwed for a starting 6. Pep made a guess and it was wrong...

MAGA is very much anti-war. And they're upset about Epstein.

    24 | Joško Gvardiol - 2025/26

Fair point. Perhaps the difference in criticism is that Gvardiol is fantastic at LCB and plays there often - whereas Nunes is (almost?) exclusively played at RB which is a position he's learning. As a consequence, there's more good Gvardiol performances than bad... whereas an out-of-position...

I very much hope that Nico is OK.

    25 | Gianluigi Donnarumma - 2025/26

Donnarumma has played 5 games played in the P/L - with only 2 goals conceded. Meanwhile we're the highest scoring side with the second highest goal difference. Our defense has improved enormously since Donnarumma entered our side.

    26 | Savinho - 2025/26

Cheers. That's certainly a factor to consider when attempting to assess a young player's potential.

    26 | Savinho - 2025/26

You disagree. That's fine - it's what this forum should be about. No need for rancor. Let's see where he is at the end of this season - you may well be right, or I may be, or it may still be unclear. We'll see.

    26 | Savinho - 2025/26

My point is that Savinho - for me - looks like he won't make it. And that Spurs offered a huge sum for him. And that we should have taken the sale - especially since Savinho seems to have wanted the transfer. And that further we are not lacking in players able to play RW. So if we sold him...

    26 | Savinho - 2025/26

Adama Traore, Mykhailo Mudryk, Mario Balotelli, Memphis Depay, Benjamin Mendy and on and on and on. And these were the supposed next superstars, let alone those merely showing promise. Sure some make it big - but most do not.

    26 | Savinho - 2025/26

Disagree. It's rare that some young player grows leaps and bounds above his potential, in spite of potential. Sometimes this happens - but it's the exception rather than the norm. Meanwhile criticism for actual performance right now - or indeed praise - is, well, reflective of...

    26 | Savinho - 2025/26

Yup. I was wrong about Rodri, Gundo, B. Silva, and Ederson. Way wrong backing each of them when most did not.

    24 | Joško Gvardiol - 2025/26

Disagree. Nunes is subject to fair criticism in his thread, IMO. He's done an excellent job at RB (at least defensively, IMO) in spite of this not being his natural position. But he still makes the seemingly once-per-game completely bonehead pass or foul leading to an excellent scoring...

    TV Series

The Sinner - On Netflix I'm not sure about this series to be honest Acting is fabulous, the script is believable, and character development is excellent. But it's a slow burner... which I'm more than OK with... but that may turn off some viewers. Lastly, the main character's dependency on...

    4 | Tijjani Reijnders - 2025/26

IMO his best quality is driving forward with the ball, aggressively attacking the defense, and getting into very dangerous positions for the opposition. From there - he'll either assist or score. I rate Reijinders and think that he'll be absolute class for our side - he's going through a poor...

    Russian invasion of Ukraine

The US is the largest supporter of Ukraine. Fucking Trump off is a non-starter. Instead, the better path, is to butter-up Trump - stating that Ukraine adores him - and is actively pushing for his award of the Noble Peace Prize.

Agree... I suppose. But your link to Epstein - which I 100% agree with - puzzles me in the context of this thread. Trump - IMO - is likely a victim of Epstein - subject to at least mild extortion for his participation in sexual encounters with underage girls... On the other hand, Trump was...

Fine enough... But why on earth is Trump floating the idea of ground operations in Venezuela? There's zero support for this among his MAGA base, let alone Democrats.
