25. Camino Ghosts - John Grisham 5/5. I haven't really enjoyed the 1st 2 in this series but thought this was outstanding. I think Grisham has fallen away in recent years from his high standards set earlier. This was more of a traditional legal courtroom drama but condensed into 292 pages.

You have to tell the PL prior to the season commencing that you intend to have towels pitch side. It then needs to be available to both sides

The Crook rally was cancelled after all. Very unclear from the posts. It wasn't cancelled because only 30 people said they would attend but because of the organiser having her dog put down. Really It's on next week. If this is a sign of how their activists work we are all safe.

I had mine done 9 years ago. As you said I did the exercises religiously. After about 3 weeks, no pain. Then met a woman who spotted my scar. She was still on crutches 2 years later. When I asked her if she had done the exercises her reply was "I couldn't be bothered with that rubbish "
